RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
- This return & exchange policies only applies to items that have been purchased through https://maison-des-talons.myshopify.com.
- Merchandise purchased through https://maison-des-talons.myshopify.com is eligible for return or exchange if a return authorization is requested within 14 days upon receipt of your merchandise.
- In case of any error or anomaly relating to the delivery of the order, namely items not matching the order, items being faulty or damages caused to the packaging, you must immediately report any anomaly by affixing a written error report onto the parcel delivery note and send an e-mail claim to Customer Services (email@example.com) within 14 days of delivery. Any claim made after these 14 days will not be accepted. If you don’t make a claim or communicate any reservations it will be taken that the delivered items were satisfactory and cannot be subject of any subsequent dispute.
- Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs. Damages as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty!
- Minor variations in design, color or material cannot be claimed as faulty, provided that such changes and variances are reasonable from a commercial point of view.
- Should you wish to return your merchandise within the specified time period, please request a return authorization by sending us a short email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Under no circumstances are the goods to be returned without the prior written consent. of Maison des Talons GmbH. Goods so returned will be refused.
- Return Authorizations must be requested from the email address associated with the order in question.
- Items have to be returned new and in their original Maison des Talons packaging.
- Returns must be shipped through UPS, DHL or Fedex with tracking and that a signature is required upon delivery.
- Charge backs are not accepted.
- Please be aware that international customs duties, sales taxes and international shipping charges are not refunded for shipments outside of Switzerland.
- Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email notification, stating the approval r rejection of your refund. In case of approval, your refund will be processed and credited back to you via your original method of payment within 14 days.
- The Company’s liability in respect of any defect in or failure of the Goods supplied, or for any loss, injury or damage attributable thereto, is limited to making good by a) either caring out rectification or b) by replacing the Goods or c) at the Company’s option, by refunding the purchase price where such defects appear therein and arise solely from faulty design, material or workmanship.
- No liability whatsoever shall be accepted for any damage, injury or replacement occurring from misuse, incorrect application, wear and tear of the Goods.
